-Proactively staying informed of businesses' latest membership offerings and closed on 200+ membership inquiries.-Accommodate customers by providing excellent customer service.-Operate POS system transactions including credit, cash, and EFT to ensure seamless and accurate cash flow.-Assist with duties in other areas of the business, such as cleaning of the bathrooms and gym equipment, and assisting in the production of weekly social media content.

-Assist in the planning and organizing of student- led extracurricular events.-Collaborate in the production of promotional social media content to increase attendance across all events.-Supervise and coordinate intramural events such as softball, mini-golf, dodgeball, and tennis.-Answer questions regarding the time and date of events, rules, regulations, and scheduling of weekly reoccurring matchups.
