Tyler is a fitness instructor, actor, writer and movement artist. She holds a B.A. in Theater & Dance from CSU East Bay as well as NASM certifications. She infuses theatrical wellness practices into her fitness coaching style. Instead of the traditional workout she encourages people to find a sense of play and purpose while training.. This leads to creativity and curiosity about what’s happening within themselves as they move. Her career began in 2015 as a Zumba instructor, before offering other modalities and coaching at Orangetheory fitness. Committed to unlocking a sense of freedom and fun through movement.
