- Collaborate with a team of 50+ Support Engineers globally to provide technical support for 20 enterprise cyber security products for both IT and OT systems protecting the world’s critical infrastructure.- Educate customers on the advanced threat protection capabilities of OPSWAT products in both cloud and on-premises environments to detect, prevent, analyze, and eliminate malware, zero-day cyber-attacks, and indicators of compromise (IOCs).- Actively manage roughly 20-25 support tickets daily through Salesforce and Jira at any given time.- Ensure internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) were met based on customer support level.- Lead and manage support for one of the company’s largest customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Ensure satisfaction of clients by seamlessly upgrading Greenshades Software for improved user experience- Provide expedient email and phone-based technical support to assist clients and end-users with troubleshooting by achieving critical security objectives, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills- Successfully multi-tasking to manage and organize support tickets within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with close attention to detail- Schedule and provide client walkthroughs and training sessions on Greenshades Software- Collaborating with other departments to support additional information technology initiatives

- Ensure adequate customer satisfaction through direct assistance.- Collaborate with the stock clerk team to stock shelves and unload truck deliveries.- Arrange merchandise on the store floor to appear clean and presentable.

- Oversee eight residents within a home provided on campus for students. Provide students withguidance in regard to personal issues, academic help, and enforce college policies.- Work as a team to communicate and interact with 11 other Resident Assistants.- Plan and organize programs individually for students to build a community

- Provide incoming students and parents with information regarding the college by working at theAdmissions Welcome Desk and giving campus tours.

- Provide students of York College with rental equipment, clean equipment and the entirety of thefacility, wash sports teams laundry.- Provide a safe environment within the facility and enforce building policies.

- Supervise a team of 20-25 employees by promoting teamwork and collaboration- Handle cash deposit of $500 - $1500 daily to ensure accuracy of registers and money reports- Collaborate with the cooking staff to prepare and serve meals in a timely manner- Respond to employee conflicts and customer concerns by providing superior customer service
