This position plays a key role in the guest experience department. My job is to ensure that fans have access to certain suites and clubs across the stadium, as well as provide any assistance to fans regarding questions about the ballpark.

As a sales associate, I am responsible for promoting the sales of all products and accessories within the store. In doing so, I always provide the best possible customer service by identifying and solving the needs and problems while show casing my product knowledge. As a team first employee, I work with my fellow employees to ensure the best possible experience for the customer.

My main job for the Lizards is to work the ticketing booth selling tickets purchased the day of the game. By using the Seat Adviser software, I must ensure prompt service all while maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude. At the conclusion of the game I assist with breaking down the booth as well as interacting with fans and handing out promotional items upon exiting the stadium.

As a member of the street team, I educated the public by handing out promotional items across the city and answering questions regarding the team. I also made promotional cold calls regarding upcoming events with the team. Also, I assisted with game day operations at the guest services booth.

I operated the scoreboard ensuring that scores were accurately represented. I manually recorded the game stats effectively and efficiently. I also operated the ticket booth providing excellent customer service to incoming customers.
