Led Strategy & Analytics, cradle to grave, for restructuring programs following the UK’s bail-out of RBS. Owned strategic planning, tactical performance management, forecasting models / data analytics, and stakeholder communications. Restructuring programs were highly complex and critical to survival of RBS, including (1) Non-Core and Capital Resolution Divisions – together $400bn asset restructuring vehicles with assets and businesses contributed from across RBS to reduce institutional leverage, risk, and complexity, and (2) Investment Bank transformation – $90bn RWA / $2bn costs / 34 countries exited to refocus proposition.

Led strategic initiatives and financial planning to enhance performance in Global Banking & Markets (GBM), including initiative to distribute GBM products to ultra-wealthy clients and a strategic review of GBM during the financial crisis.
