Inventory and control spending • Assist with editing and updating all menus & promotional printing material as instructed by GM • Design and printing of posters, table tent cards, merchandise as instructed by GM and Owner • Assist with organization and office storage on a daily basis• Manage and maintain all Social Media presence for all locations.• Create and maintain a posting schedule for all locations that shows ideal posting days and times that optimize visibility• Plan & propose Social Media campaigns to increase sales in all locations while maintaining advertising budget goals • Grow Social Media following for all locations • Assist with Advertising and Marketing • Work with Event Coordinator to increase sales and maintain efficacy of Private Dining • Assist with providing potential guests with tours of Private dining rooms as requested or schedule them with on-site managers as needed • Drive business by creating time weekly to visit offices, businesses, groups, events, host meetings/lunches/happy hours/ etc. to provide private dining information and establish relationships • Create organizational systems to track businesses already called upon, and create follow up call schedules, mailing schedules, visit schedules; prevent over selling the same businesses • Track Private dining sales in order to validate efforts and conduct research into sales initiatives • Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and amenities offered • Attend Sales Seminars as approved by Sales Team Manager • Attend local civic meetings, town halls, chamber of commerce meetings, etc to create relationships with decision makers • Work with Promotions and Beverage Director to unite resources to provide top industry events and maximize profitability
