• Lead team of ten analysts supporting the data and reporting needs of our investment clients and portfolio managers, allowing performance monitoring and management of the portfolios.• Leverage process automation and dynamic SQL coding techniques to increase staffing efficiency and reduce system strain leading to increased profit by allowing growth without increased staffing or system upgrades.• Create management reports using SSRS and Tableau to communicate the performance of the portfolios and identify process gaps and data inconsistencies.• PM in the development of the system for processing and transmitting all mail correspondence data to our vendors while meeting compliance and business requirements.• Oversee all monthly default reporting and MHA modification submissions for our highly monitored government backed loans.• Develop systems to streamline the process of verify and documenting business and compliance requirements for Print Production and Loan Modification.• Continued system administration and enhancement to our proprietary Loss Mitigation System (LMS).

• Obtain investor criteria for loan modification programs and create investor specific waterfalls for evaluation within proprietary Loss Mitigation Software (LMS).• Collaborate with IT Software Developers to improve functionality of LMS front-facing user software and back-end data.• Improve and maintain accuracy of existing standardized and custom waterfalls through continual updates required by supplemental directives and investor preferences.• Provide accurate and timely information to business units through SQL Reporting Services in order to enable decision making and prevent potential and costly errors.

• Install, organize, test, and check end user workstations and interrelated hardware and software while collaborating with company staff to optimize working environment and customer service.• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve a range of software, hardware and connectivity issues through ticketing system.• Provide facilities support for the site which may require interactions with vendors and location landlord.
