Responsible for leading a high performing team of Mortgage Specialists and Business Development Managers through coaching and strategic planning. Fostering a team culture built around hard work, dedication, communication and a "raving fan's" client experience. Bringing together multiple teams within the organization, from Direct Line Sales to Business Development, Internal Underwriters and Back-Office support in order to provide Customers with a unified and consistent experience.

Worked closely with RVP and Sales Team to drive performance. The RSS role was designed to help eliminate barriers for the sales team and to provide coaching on best practices from both a sales delivery and processing perspective. Communicated with Underwriting Management on rush and escalation requests for each Mortgage Specialist, working with both parties to mitigate risk and advocate for financing approval. Created reporting for team to highlight sales growth and opportunities. Developed a working committee focusing on creating a fun work environment contributing to an increase in Employee Engagement Score. Monitored Rate discretion budget and coached Mortgage Specialists on rate discretion usage. Assisted with the rollout of new technologies to team by providing tech support and encouraging adoption. Worked closely with Mortgage Specialist team on increasing clean file submission to increase efficiency in processing.
