Here I ran production on CNC lathes (Haas, DMG, Nakamura) and mills (Haas, FANUC) controlling machine operation and carrying out daily preventive maintenance. I inspected parts ensuring quality and establishing dimensional control with machine tool offsets. Parts inspected with digital calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, gauge pins, thread wire sets, slip gauges, etc. I seamlessly operated, set-up, and repaired CNC machines; controlled and documented production in adherence to ISO 9001:2015 QMS. I also communicated daily with Production Managers & Operators to resolve factory maintenance and schedule issues.

I prepared and laid out protective coatings for parking lots and other trafficked surfaces. I coordinated with coating team for application of time-critical chemicals. I also performed worksite cleanup and janitorial work, including polymer-ripping and concrete polishing.
