• Directly lead the strategy/production of a portfolio of HBCU Esports League/Cxmmunity events, including but not limited to: event strategy and goals, student participation, budgeting/forecasting, creative vision.
• Drive the broadcast experience of shows and collaborate with Broadcast teams on areas such as strategy, run of show, broadcast features, on-air talent, features and more.
• Create/develop relationships within the industry, including talent agencies, manage multiple vendors/partners, and talent agreements through the execution of our events.
• Works cross-functionally with brand teams, Twitch, agencies, and partners to identify and execute operational and marketing strategies associated with all Esports activations.
