I am currently interning on the Store Pricing team as a Software Engineer.

During this internship I had three main projects that I divided my time between. The first was a web based application that I had developed during the summer. The main function of this application was to scan the local network for servers whose IP address was within a specific range. After a server was found, the IP address, host name, open ports, and its operating system were logged and uploaded to a database. At this point, the contents of the database was displayed on a web page for users to examine. Additional functionality included an update button which would scan the network again, as well as some sorting features to maximize the usability of the data. Second, I was tasked with logging all of the ethernet ports with the office while ensuring they are properly labeled and lead back to the proper port in the network switch. Third, I worked with a group of interns to organize and develop a gamification website promotion for a client. Within this process I was tasked with developing a set of wireframes to visualize what our site would look like. At the end of the internship, our team of interns presented the project to the senior leadership team to show the work we had done throughout the summer.
