My passion is building a culture around data driven intelligence & decision making. By providing people with information to better understand what they are supposed to do (and when), and how to best accomplish their goals is why I got into this field in the first place. Everyone uses data in some way shape or form but providing it in a way that is immediately understood, not intimidating, and impactful is what I strive for every day. A few projects in my career I am particularly proud of:- Analyzed go to market process to identify pipeline creation goals were set ~40% too low explaining the variance between Marketing hitting quarterly targets but Sales not reaching coverage needs.- Built actionable reporting which helped the Sales Development Team move from 30% outreach service level agreement attainment to 90% within 3 weeks as well as reduced the MQL-Meeting velocity by nearly 50% in the same timeframe.- Analyzed & built a territory coverage model allowing Sr. Sales leaderships to easily re-allocate the Serviceable Available Market during annual planning but also mid-quarter is needed.- Investigated Pipeline quality & build a Pipeline Health Scorecard allowing leadership to effectively manage pipeline at the rep/team/region levels. Within one quarter, the model helped increase the win rate by 7%.- Built Marketing Revenue Forecast identifying the projected Pipeline value of the current marketing funnel a rolling 4 quarter view identify which regions/segments/teams are set up for success and which teams need budget reallocated to them to ensure goals are met.- Developed automation of standard reports allowing for 30%+ weekly productivity increases for analytics/operations teams.My skills involve getting teams eager and even excited about using/understand/leveraging data to improve their outcomes.
