Vacation Rental Advisor
With a network of over 10,000 properties, Evolve uses robust marketing strategies, strategic pricing analysis, and dynamic market research to help grow the performance of clients' vacation rentals. I served as a Vacation Rental Advisor at Evolve, providing business consultancy to homeowners with properties located around the country. As Vacation Rental Advisors we were dedicated to increasing the income potential and performance of our homeowners' vacation rentals in the most effective and efficient ways possible.During my time at Evolve I hit given personal sales goals nine out of the ten months in the position, averaged approximately 200% more calls per month than the average sales representative, and was involved in several company- and team-wide first initiatives (i.e. de-regionalizing positions, adopting new technology, etc.).
Marketing Strategist And Director Of Collegiate Competitions
During my time at SLU I connected students to resources they needed to learn more about entrepreneurship, start or grow their existing companies, and helped to coordinate and run all collegiate entrepreneurship programs and competitions both on and off campus. I also served as the coordinator and advisor for on-campus entrepreneurship clubs and student groups as well as all student-run companies. Over the five years serving in the Center my team and I launched and grew three international entrepreneurial competitions, growing the entry and participation rates by over 400%, more than quadrupled involvement and membership among students in on-campus groups, and made it one of our primary missions to push our students off campus and into the surrounding community for a glimpse of what "real life as an entrepreneur" was like. One of my favorite (and first) projects was bringing to life a fictional character named "Mr. Pitch" to help promote our 'Real' Elevator Pitch Competition. The promotional campaign ended up running for more than three years and increasing our application rates to competitions threefold.I also served as the in-house video production team, social media and marketing coordinator, and advisor to strategic direction of the overall Center. Specialties: Creative (guerrilla) marketing, videography, social media and marketing coordination, and community engagement.SLU's Center for Entrepreneurship is a cross-campus, cross-community resource for entrepreneurs and private business owners. Major initiatives of the Center include the Institute for Private Business, the Billiken Angel Network, the Allsup Summer Entrepreneurship Academy for area high school students, the Blue Diamonds Accelerator Program, and the Habitat for Neighborhood Business.Founded in 1987, SLU's Center for Entrepreneurship was the 23rd Center ever created in the nation and is recognized as a Center of Excellence by the Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers.
Co-Founder
Focused on three central pillars of connection, conversation, and collaboration, our team of twenty-somethings launched a non-profit dedicated to building a more economically, socially, and inclusively vibrant city. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Full Circle held twice-monthly events targeting young professionals who might not ever meet otherwise in creative, free-to-attend "un-meetings." Even with no funding until the last six months of our organization's three year life, we were able to organically grow our average attendance to 25-30 young, talented people per event. During this time we worked with organizations and offices like the St. Louis Mayor's Office, the St. Louis Regional Chamber, U.S. Bank, and other local and corporate business partners. Future plans included expanding Full Circle to other cities around the US in efforts to help young, talented people across the country connect. Despite the literal hundreds of hours put into developing the organization, boards, relationships, and future plans, we couldn't sustain our model. Full Circle officially shut its doors in 2017. Post-mortem will be posted to a Medium link as soon as it's available.

Whether you wake up in the morning and "turn your swag on or not," Swagulator answers the age-old question of "how much swag do you really have?" Served as the first point of contact for all existing or potential customers, community members, and corporate partners in the Saint Louis, Missouri metropolitan area interested in anything Tesla-related, including the vehicles, the company, technology, and/or Elon Musk, the future of electronic vehicles, etc. During my time at Tesla, community outreach, localized, guerrilla-style marketing, organizing and staffing both local and regional promotional events, and keeping in touch with the existing and new sales pipelines via Salesforce were among my main responsibilities. "The primary goal of the Product Specialist is to provide a fun educational experience for customers who come into the Tesla retail store. The Product Specialist will accomplish this by handling all walk in store guests, answering questions, educating the public about the electric drive experience. An implicit responsibility of the Product Specialist is to conduct educational conversations and business dealings in a way that creates a superior customer experience that represents the Tesla brand." - Tesla Motors
