Hiring Director
Current- Demonstrates a clear understanding of employment laws, human resources and recruiting processes
- Manage the entire recruiting process with the guidance of the HR Director to include developing recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, and identifying how to attract new talent
- Meet weekly with department and senior leadership to identify hiring needs
- Schedules in-person interviews; contacts no call/no show candidates to obtain feedback and/or reschedule the interview; follows up with candidates to inform them if they do not meet Company requirements for driver.
- Maintains and updates applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System
- Conducts in-person interviews with job applicants; reviews skills and background to determine if they meet the position requirements
