Four LEED Gold for School projects in Washington, DC Public Schools: Stoddert Elementary School, Peabody Early Childhood Centre, Jesse Reno School, Hearst Elementary School Two LEED Gold for New Construction in Washington, DC Public libraries: Tenley Friendship and Anacostia Neighbourhood Library Two LEED Gold and Silver for Commercial Buildings: The Links Headquarter, IAMAW Office in Washington DC One Green Community Project: My Sister’s Place Shelter Manage all LEED activities of the firm and collaborate with consultants to develop the design and fulfil LEED requirements. Coordinate with clients and design team members during the implementation of design to ensure clarity and quality of concept is maintained consistent for project delivery. Review, analyze, and make recommendations regarding designs, plans, and specifications.Administer in construction administration activities of various type projects of the firm. Serves as the primary point of contact with the client and consultants. Develops pre-development/implementation client deliverable to include construction monitoring, budget reconciliation, project documentation, design management, consultants selection management, public approvals and permitting, schedule compliance.Responsible for production and presentation under the minimum direction of the Principal and Senior Project Manager. Supports the work of others Project Manager, Lead Designers and Business Manager.Contributes in all construction meetings, LEED meetings, activities and submission online.Performs assigned duties with the effort and skills required to contribute to firm wide continued growth.
