Current• Answering inbound calls for Apple Sales Team.• Answering any questions that customers may have about Apple products.• Placing orders for customers that are in need, can’t do so their selves, or having issues with checkout or payment.• Checking to see if customers are eligible to upgrade or eligible for the Apple iPhone upgrade. Also, helping customers enroll in the Apple iPhone upgrade.• Taking care of customers’ needs by transferring customers to customer care if they have questions about their orders or need to make changes to orders. Also, directing customers to AppleCare for their technical needs and to schedule in-store appointments. • Answering an email from customers that I have previously helped that needs further assistance. • Expected to meet certain sales quotas at the end of the month• Assist with some manager routines such as keeping up with the team Sale closing rate and making sure each employee was accounted for on the team.• Answering a question that another employee has when searching for answers for the customer.
