During my tenure at The Hibbert Group, I operated as the lead point of contact for client inquiries and coordinated with them to advise, develop and initiate specifications for designated projects. Among my responsibilities were monthly reporting to the client, weekly status updates to the team and senior leadership, and serving as a liaison between the customer service and production departments to ensure the project was completed on time and per specifications.
