Currently studying towards my CIPD Level 5 in Organisational Learning and Development. With over seven years of experience as an educator, I have led school L&D projects, mentored and coached trainee teachers, created supportive eLearning resources, and delivered training sessions for over 50 employees. I am committed to creating impactful learning solutions that align with desired initiatives and empower colleagues and learners to harness their full potential. I have also developed my own bakery business, acquiring new skills and knowledge in marketing, accounting, and customer service.
