Managed the Naval Air Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) program ensuring all flight crew personnel were following local directives and safety of flight requirements. Developed and managed a cross training syllabus between the MH-60R and MH-60S helicopters allowing MH-60R aircrew to fly in the MH-60S and vice versa. Maintained the NATOPS flight records for 12 aviators, managing the 132 qualifications required for safety for flight and the upkeep of their personal flight records. Crew Resource Management (CRM) Instructor, providing training to designate management facilitators, providing annual training before and during flight operation’s for 42 aviators, and maintained the CRM records.
