• Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, record shortages, and corresponds with sipper to rectify damages• Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipment meets requirements.• Maintains inventory of materials and supplies.• Operates fork lift or hand truck to accomplish shipping/receiving duties.• Organizes warehouse and work area for orderliness• Creates and verifies all information against bill of lading.

• Perform needed cycle counts and/or relocate product virtually and physically.• Investigate any inventory shortages and discrepancies.• Assist with establishing and maintaining acceptable stock levels.• Supports the assessment of root cause analysis for processing errors by communicating audit results and observed abnormalities in process design and execution to leadership.• Perform simple routine administrative tasks, including data entry and distribution of reports.• Ensure key performance metrics are reviewed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform detailed analysis on behaviors and processes impacting inventory integrity.

• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.• Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.• Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about invoices.
