I perform Consultation and Requirements Analysis with various clients mainly in the Professional Services Industry, which lead to a number of Custom Developments on MS Dynamics NAV ERP Systems on both 2009 and 2013 versions (both using SQL Server).Following the Development of such Customizations, Testing and Support are also offered to maintain proper Business Practices within the clients' firm. Customizations include functionality on the Finance, Purchases, Sales & Marketing and HR Modules mainly - enhanced further by Reporting Functionality.

This role I had in this position involved SQL Database Management and querying for Business Analysis purposes and usage of such data for BI reporting using Datastage and Cognos. The position also involved Testing of proprietery software and offering Support to clients on mentioned software, DB Back-end and Reports.I also liased with the development team for requirements which enhance and optimize the solution which in turn allowed for more efficient retrieval of data from Smart Metering technology for both utilities locally in Malta. Training was also given weekly myself to our clients to better their understanding of the retrieval process and troubleshooting.
