• Liaise with recruiters and nominated students independently in Government Post-Secondary Student Summer Internship Program (PSSSIP) annual selection through emails and phone calls within tight timeline.
• Handle employer inquiries and payment administration for more than 200 recruiters during Career Mosaic in a detailed manner. Work with vendor and manage venue set-up and provide effective on-site logistics support.
• Evaluate and comment on students’ performance in HeadStart training programs.
• Closely work with part-time instructors on teaching materials preparation and distribution, consultancy contracts preparation and honorarium arrangements.
• Supervise and assign counter student helpers/interns to provide logistics support for recruitment talks and career programs, including venue booking and set-up, maintain accurate records of student participation and.
• Draft EDM for career center program promotions and send out mass emails in a timely manner. Maintain accurate expenses reports according to different work areas.
