Serves as Program Manager to support the Remotely Piloted Aircraft Squadron Operations Center (RPA-SOC). Manages multiple projects/programs and coordinates with associated staff responsible for the management of RPA-SOC. Assists RPA-SOC in the management and direction setting for the enterprise-level project/programs including setting priorities, coordinating, task management, resources allocation, and the reporting of group activities. Assists in the development of short, intermediate, and long range planning related to RPA-SOC missions and goals. Helps set objectives and priorities based on RPA-SOC goals. Provides senior technical and project management leadership concerning the future direction of enterprise systems, how that direction will impact the enterprise, and how future and current systems can be exploited for the benefit of the enterprise. Serves as a source of documentation and standards to help direct the activities of projects/programs as a whole. Creates a master project plan that incorporates all ongoing projects with the RPA-SOC. Uses project management tools and skills to provide predictable results and visibility to RPA- SOC. Works with project managers, business/system analyst, as well as technical and functional subject matter experts (SME's) to translate RPA-SOC business processes and practices into functional and business requirements.

Leads a project team of Engineers, Network Technicians, System Administrators, and Hardware Technicians with limited direction and supervision, and utilizing project management skills on assigned projects. Responsible for the supervision of installation, testing, monitoring, maintenance and certification of network, servers, software and desktop equipment; associated ancillary electronic equipment and wiring per engineering specifications and operational procedures, both in technical facilities as well as on customer property in accordance with published Client Business standards. Validates the results of testing and diagnostic procedures on equipment according to published equipment standards, and certifies that the site installation is operational prior to returning the facility over to the on-site government representative

Serves as Network Manager/Information Security Officer Manager/Information Systems Security Officer for US Military Representative to NATO Military Committee. Manages multiple information and communications systems and projects, including video teleconferencing, voice, data, imaging, and automated information systems. Provides strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems for the Military Delegation. Recommends solutions on all facets of IT to include configuration and maintenance of IS operations data flow. Provides protection/recovery strategies to ensure availability, security, and integrity of US-Joint & NATO data. Develops near/long-term technology plans and supervises these programs from concept through operation. Devise enterprise security strategies safeguarding information assets and ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates.

Led 63-person flight, directly supervised four NCOICs in daily ops supporting 750 group personnel. Maintained $25M in communication equipment and group assets. Directs admin matters/personnel training in nine diverse Air Force Specialty Codes. Demonstrates readiness through training and deploys in support of contingency ops, humanitarian relief, AEF rotations & regional exercises. Enforced standards, maintains order/discipline, fosters morale and mentors Airmen on professional development.Facilitated the smooth operation completion of $250K in facilities upgrades, minor and major flight building projects.Guided requisitioning and issuing of $1.1M in EOY equipment purchases deliveries

Managed 60 Airmen that provided expeditionary wings with command and control, communications and computer systems services during wartime, tactical deployment, contingency operations and Joint Chiefs of Staff exercises in Continental United States and around the world. Directed three elements that maintained over $12M in tactical communication equipment to include Theater Deployable Communications Integrated Communication Access Package (ICAP).
