Serves as Program Manager to support the Remotely Piloted Aircraft Squadron Operations Center (RPA-SOC). Manages multiple projects/programs and coordinates with associated staff responsible for the management of RPA-SOC. Assists RPA-SOC in the management and direction setting for the enterprise-level project/programs including setting priorities, coordinating, task management, resources allocation, and the reporting of group activities. Assists in the development of short, intermediate, and long range planning related to RPA-SOC missions and goals. Helps set objectives and priorities based on RPA-SOC goals. Provides senior technical and project management leadership concerning the future direction of enterprise systems, how that direction will impact the enterprise, and how future and current systems can be exploited for the benefit of the enterprise. Serves as a source of documentation and standards to help direct the activities of projects/programs as a whole. Creates a master project plan that incorporates all ongoing projects with the RPA-SOC. Uses project management tools and skills to provide predictable results and visibility to RPA- SOC. Works with project managers, business/system analyst, as well as technical and functional subject matter experts (SME's) to translate RPA-SOC business processes and practices into functional and business requirements.

Manages multiple information and communications systems and projects, including video teleconferencing, voice, data, imaging, and automated information systems. Recommends solutions on all facets of IT to include configuration and maintenance of IS operations data flow. Managed 60 Airmen that provided expeditionary wings with command and control, communications and computer systems services during wartime, tactical deployment, contingency operations and Joint Chiefs of Staff exercises in Continental United States and around the world. Directed three elements that maintained over $12M in tactical communication equipment to include Theater Deployable Communications Integrated Communication Access Package (ICAP).
