I’ve been a Client Success Manager at Eclipse for 5 years. I love assisting our clients with their implementations, while providing honest feedback and updates throughout the life cycle of an install. I also conduct first and final bill reviews for accounts that just installed or have been disconnected. My job is to take any telecom burden off your shoulders, so that you can focus on your daily duties and responsibilities.
