In this position , I orchestrated a wide ranging technical, asset management and assessment in support of internal investigations and government litigation. I was responsible for retrieving, evaluating and sanitizing sensitive data from deployed and legacy assets such as servers and workstation hard Drives, tablets and mobile devices in our government environment as well as secured, stored and maintained data storage devices that had to be securely disposed of off site. I collaborated with our satellite technical support teams to assist when needed with I.T support issues and complete diverse ad hoc projects across technical and security support sections● Exclusively assisted the CMS Investigations team with meeting their deadlines by retrieving requested data assets and putting them on the network for data extraction as well as retrieving departed user profiles from our Enterprise Cloud backup Druva Insync in addition to using Checkpoint decryption ISO’s to decrypt hard drives to have the data manually copied to an external storage device if the data assets couldn't be rejoined to the domain for copying. ● Aided the Iron Vine Security FMAT (Forensics Malware Analysis Team) with removing potentially infected computers off the CMS network for analysis as well as sanitizing them if they were verified as being infected.● Overhauled our data center operations in regards to how we stored, tracked, retrieved and sanitized laptops and workstations which held sensitive data from departed executives and managers. ● Created and implemented a tracking system to enhance decision-making.

I identified performance gaps and other issues and made proper corrections through resource and patch management. I dealt with issues regarding the servicing of the Pitney Bowes Paragon mailing system which mostly consisted of me resetting error codes as they occurred as well as me making sure the Paragon Arrival software was up to date. Another area of responsibility involved resolving issues regarding the configuration of the Palm Pilot scanners and their synchronization with the Pitney Bowes Ascent Multi-Carrier Package Management Software.
