CurrentReview software and hardware issues within POS devices, Pay stations, IP Gates, LPR systems, Websites, and Apps.Test, replicate and document bug reports, enhancements and merchant requests that require developers'intervention.Participate in refinement meetings for developer tickets to discuss bugs and their resolution.Analyze complex escalated cases and resolve in efficient time period.Configure devices for encrypted payment processing systems.Provide high support for windows, android based devices, wiring and hardware integration installation and troubleshooting.Main point of contact for Enterprise accounts, providing technical support assistance for multiple or recurrent issues.
