As motion graphics are utilized more and more in advertising and in television I would hope to one day expand the medium into film and use my past experience and passion to create a short motion picture merging the two techniques. Not unlike the experimental films of Georges Milies, Ray Harryhousen or John Whitely, I am hoping to push the edge of technology and visual effects to create a new form of industry using this mixed technique. While there have been several shorts featuring this merger, there has yet to be a short film or full length motion picture using motion graphics. Ultimately I would like to utilize this interest in the art to work with a company pushing the edge of motion design and or visual effects in the industry of film, animation and or television in the near future.
