CurrentTrain and delegate tasks to employees as required, ensuring fast paced deadlines are met and attending conference calls to address engineering concerns.Conducting consultations with field splicers to deliberate on the optimal selection of fiber pairs for specific job applications.Communicate with Field Engineers, Fiber Planners, and Project Managers to verify or obtain missing information, ensuring a smooth project workflow.Handle escalated time critical work orders for senior management and coordinate operations across three states: Arizona (84 wire centers), Colorado (87 wire centers), and New Mexico (71 wire centers).Utilize Fiber Handoffs, Field Notes, and TIRKs to cross-reference and inventory fiber counts.Manage deadlines, create job numbers, monitor flow-through fibers, and assign backhaul tasks for new and existing orders.Allocate Construction Project Administrators to one of New Mexico's 71 wire centers, and update Armor with the Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) assigned to each job.Demonstrate a proficiency in thorough troubleshooting and effective problem-solving, employing advanced analytical thinking skills.Send out requests for fiber count, job numbers, pre-sales numbers, Armor numbers, and Frame Codes
