Update Armor with the SPOC’s assigned to the jobs.● Send out requests for fiber count, Job numbers, Pre-sales numbers, Armor numbers, and Frame Codes.

● Received three to eight field noted jobs each day to draft into OSPFM.● Sent out completed drafts to the planners for them to issue the job, to be constructed in the field.● Re-corrected and submitted any inconsistencies found in OSPFM.● Helped correct other drafter’s work and update mnemonics.

● Met with customers to discuss their issues and figured out solutions on how to solve them.● Took detailed field notes and drafted them. Including where/how to place Drops, Copper, Fiber, FTTN, FTTC, Aerial, and Buried structure to the customers location to give them service. Created placement for different types of cabinets in all types of terrain, future use, and minimal spaces. Designed which way would be most economical and practical. While maintaining policy clearances.● Researched City/State/County records in both the office and at City Offices, checked for any road moratoriums, read blueprints, let construction know of any possible private property or public easements.● Helped with the overflow work. Which consisted of meeting with customers and consulting them on their requirements. Field noted the job, input info into Fireworks, pulled up FORTE for the cable counts, then designed it in OSPFM.● Priced out each job to verify that each build was within budget.

• Worked on site documenting and field noting the distance of each load of Asphalt covered from each truck. Took the documentation back to the office and input it into the computer. This helped to determine if the contractor was laying the asphalt at the correct depth.• Data Entry – Input concrete reports, asphalt reports, daily observation reports, special inspection reports, and invoices.
