Assisting faculty members in transforming the classroom experience to create a student-centric learning environment that is "alive" with energy. This requires a strong affinity for building relationships nad understanding the importance of strong customer service skills. Primary responsiblities include the ongoing training, coaching and development support for instructors across multiple campuses to include onboarding, training and preparation guidance for "first-time" instructors, personalized coaching and development plans and facilitating training sessions based on campus-specific needs. Individual support and guidance for instructors includes assistance with lesson planning, addressing classroom management challenges, mastering effective teaching skills and creating an active learning environment in the classroom. Partner with the Campus Management Team to ensure that campus-specific faculty needs are identified and development strategies are in place to support a student-centric learning environment. In addition, callaborating with the Campus Support Center to support and assist with the implementation of company-wide initiatives that impact faculty.

Educating students in an environment that is “alive” with engagement and active learning is the focus of this position. In this student-centric environment, a successful candidate will be a dynamic, charismatic professional with a passion for making a difference. In addition to the ability to effectively translate subject matter expertise, primary responsibilities include understanding and adapting to multiple learning styles and the ability to create a flexible lesson plan to engage students in both traditional and non-traditional learning activities. The Medtech Instructor is service-minded and will proactively adapt to individual student needs. The Instructor will coach, mentor and lead students through the class material, rather than simply disseminate information. A strong affinity for building relationships and understanding the importance of customer service is essential.
