Later he assumed design leadership of Johnson & Johnson's Corporate Brand leading it through a renewal of their brand purpose and vision, and executing key programs including a first of its kind J&J Museum, The 2014 FIFA World Cup sponsorship activation in Brazil, and the creation of environmental brand standards for J&J's 900+ global facilities, amongst other accomplishments.Tyson began his career as a designer in New York City, at distinguished creative agencies TODA, and Smart Design.
