In the past 17 years I have gained experience in diagnostics business in Europe, Middle-East, KOSEA, Japan and North and South America. During those years, I have taken diverse roles in driving sales through a global distributor network, launched new diagnostic innovations and planned and executed strategic business and marketing plans. My years in the Biopharmaceutical CDMO business taught me to utilize digital marketing tools in generating sales leads. Understanding the customer’s need has helped me to transform distributor partners, customers, and KOL contacts into long term relationships. I have excelled in different cultures, both in a large corporate and small/middle sized growth companies, with my passion to people and progress as my driving force. I am grateful for the experiences I gained while living in the Middle East (Dubai) for six years. I have been rewarded for building a customer success story of the year and awarded for outstanding product support. My ability to present and simplify complex entities has opened opportunities to speak at international congresses and customer events.In parallel, I have mentored young talents at the beginning of their careers with the aim to empower them by helping them identify their strengths. My personal, work-related additional interests are FemTech, emotional intelligence and digitalization of future health care. Currently, I work as a Senior Business Development Manager at a forward-looking Point Of Care Diagnostics company. I focus my efforts in growing the business by expanding the global distributor network and helping the old and new distributors to introduce new products into their markets.
