I lead program digital transformation for FPT Telecom International as Product manager, Chief architect and Program manager role. I responsible for making strategy, building and managing the entire information system for digitizing FPT International Telecommunications Company (abbreviated as FTI), a subsidiary of FPT Telecom, a service business unit/IT services for B2B customers. Launching more than 19 applications, including: Information platform, opportunity management, technical support system, BSS… Nextstep:During the past year (from January 2023), after handing over the built system and some of the members to the operational department, my team and I participated in building a new information platform for FPT Telecom called 'Inside NextGen' and ‘Services Request (SR)’.
