Managing a Team, Assigning Tasks for Teammates based on target of completion and the Client requirement. - Manual Testing: Analyzing User Stories/ Requirements, Creating Test Plan Impact Analysis, Design Test Cases, Test Data Management, Test Environment, Test Execution, Bug Logging, Reporting, Test Summary Report, RCA of Bugs. - Daily Activities: Assigning Tasks, Timely Updates Tracking, Daily Status Report, Scrum Call with Onshore Team, Grooming Call with Business Analysts, Status Update to Onshore Lead, Weekly Status Report, Automation Planning, Scripting and Execution, In Sprint Scenarios Automation, Daily Scrum Call, Daily Stand Up Call, Weekly Sprint Review, DSR, WSR, Updating Story/ Item Status. - Backlogs: Managing the Backlogs, Stories, Release, Certification, Summary Report, Sprint Planning, Iteration and Retrospective meetings and tracking the User Stories Implementation. - Testing Done: Unit, Functional, Regression, Integration, Automation, API, Ad-Hoc, Exploratory and UAT Testing. - Automation Testing: Maintenance of Selenium Scripts with C#, Integration with Jenkins, Test Execution, Test Summary Reports. - API Testing: Ready API, SOAP UI, POST MAN, Swagger- Automation Scripts Management/ Execution: Executed over 1000 scripts on weekly basis in a remote machine and monitored the execution periodically and fixed the repeating errors and shared results to Onsite Team. - Test Management: Strong Experience in QA Activities from Conduct testing to leading/ Coordinating with Team, Work on assignments with Team and tracing the same to get Timely delivery.
