• Monitoring, evaluating and reporting Daily Network Performance Stats, KPI’s (DCR, CSSR, HSR, SDCCH Blocking, and TCH Blocking etc.) for network optimization and sending work orders for KPIs improvement. • Parameters tuning to improve Network Performance and reporting of daily worst cells.• Continuously Monitoring Traffic Capacity for SDCCH Blocking and TCH Congestion. Taking measures (Traffic sharing) by changing Parameters to cope with these issues.• Optimizing Cell Neighbor Plans to improve HSR using MapInfo tools.• Pre/Post drive test reporting of major cities in the region on monthly basis.• Frequency planning of existing cluster sites having Co/Adjacent frequency clashes.• Expansion planning of congested sites by monitoring KPI’s and also Coordination with the field teams for smooth TSS (Technical Site Survey) for new roll out sites.• Analysis and reporting of drive test data collected to identify and solve Call drops, handover issues, and bad quality patches by using TEMS Investigation, MapInfo Tools.• Performing Cell parameter and neighbor audit to improve Handovers.
