My journey began during my year of mandatory national service in the northern parts. On my first day in the classroom, I felt both excitement and unease. The truth hit hard some children struggled with basic reading skills, and traditional approaches weren't enough. I knew there had to be a better way.Driven by compassion, I delved into revolutionary methods like synthetic phonics—a systematic, multisensory approach that unlocks the magic of reading for every child. Witnessing my students' transformed reading abilities and newfound confidence fueled my determination. I wanted to share this effective methodology with other educators.Becoming a certified trainer in these technique, I embarked on a professional development journey. As a Project Coordinator, I had the privilege of bringing synthetic phonics programs to far-flung areas.
