Disability Claims Administrator
Current- Reset automated systems to ensure continuous and accurate long-term disability benefit payments.- Analyze and verify that all necessary documentation for Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPPD) benefits applications are complete and accurately filed.- Submit required CPPD forms to Service Canada through the designated channels.- Prepare and securely send medical documentation related to claims with Service Canada for CPPD benefits as needed.- Monitor and enforce claimant compliance with the application process for CPPD benefits, as mandated by their respective plan members guidelines.- Proactively follow up with claimants for any outstanding CPPD forms using various communication methods, including phone calls, emails, and letters.- Analyze and review all documentation on file to ensure accuracy, detect discrepancies, and prevent privacy breaches.- Ensure to follow all required procedures for CPPD application in accordance with regulations.- Analyze and complete communication items for received documents, and ensure that all outstanding documents have been received and processed.- Set up and maintain follow-up diaries for outstanding documents to ensure timely completion.
