- Ensuring complete bid management- Development of relevant benchmarks for all project proposals- Determination of key objective and optimization of project cost- Intradepartmental coordination with the regional and global team members to deliver a compliant andcompetitive proposal- Strategic tie-ups with process licensors, engineering and construction contractors, JV and consortiumpartners- Review and discussions with management with respect to bid stages including submission- Handling of pre-qualification requirements for tenders- Review of contractual conditions of tender- Controlling bid budget- Pre and post bid submission clarification and negotiations with client- Lesson learnt and implementation of lost/won

- Key account management for Axens and HMEL- Strategic tie-ups with process licensors, engineering contractors, JV and consortium partners- Review and discussions with management with respect to bid stages including submission- Handling of pre-qualification, as well as checking and contesting commercial conditions given in thebid package & raising queries and deviations on Tender Conditions- Controlling bid budget- Post bid submission clarification and negotiations with client
