• Co-ordinate the various manpower consultants for the recruitment to arrival of employees.• Organize accommodation, medical checkups and advance payment for all the workers.• Organise mobilization & de-mobilisation of manpower from respective clients with proper document.• Processing of the legal documents for the employees.• Co-ordinate with the clients for time sheets for every month for payment.• Addressing the employees grievances.• Co-ordinate with the clients for facilitation of workers in the site as well as camp.• Adhoc admin functions.• Organise delivery of manpower from camp to the respective clients with proper document.• Closing the time sheets on monthly for all workers/ employees.
