I owned this company, it deals with electrical, telecommunications especially telecom infrastructure projects etc like jio-Air fiber which was newly launched Product.

•Designed and implemented FTTH connections for Airtel, covering nearly 40,000 home passes and 800 km of FTTH cables.•Managed a team of 100 across sales, marketing, and technical departments to ensure project success.• Worked on Jio’s air fiber technology, successfully connecting 3,000 home passes.•Managed a team of 100 individuals across sales, marketing, training, and monitoring, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.

•Managed the full project lifecycle, from tendering and material procurement to implementing FTTH technology and designing home passes using Google Maps and Google Earth. Also, successfully laid 500 km of fiber optic cables, connecting 20,000 households within a year, becoming a key competitor in the region.•Actively participated in planning, analyzing, and organizing the timely completion of installation works for the Central Control and Monitoring System (CCMS) in YSR-Kadapa and Kurnool districts of Andhra Pradesh during 2019, where ITI was the vendor. This project, under EESL’s Street Lighting National Programme, involved integrating streetlights with CCMS for remote monitoring and operation, ensuring automatic switching on at sunset and off at dawn, while sending alerts for maintenance needs.•Gained expertise in earthing standards per IEC 60364 and IS 3043-1987, including earth resistance measurement using the fall of potential method. •Provided lightning protection systems in accordance with BS 6651 and IEC 61024, ensuring the safety of building structures and personnel from lightning strikes.

•Conducted testing activities under NABL accreditation, working with government clients such as APSPDCL, TSSPDCL, APTRANSCO, TSTRANSCO Coordinated third-party testing and CEIG Inspections, ensuring successful certification by government authorities.•Performed testing of Current and Voltage Transformers ranging from 3.3 kV to 400 KV, including resonant-type transformers, both on-site and in laboratories, ensuring compliance with industry standards.•Conducted power quality analysis for solar inverters, measuring harmonics, flickers, DC components, and unbalances as per IEC 61000, IEEE 519, and EN 50160.•Tested energy meters according to IS 14697 and IS 13779, and instrument transformers (CTs and PTs) as per IS 16227.

•I successfully managed the planning and execution of 6 substations (33kV/11kV), overseeing site selection, project drawings, and the installation of 180 km of transmission lines over two years. By carefully monitoring civil and electrical teams under CEIG authorities, I achieved cost savings of 80 lakh Indian Rupees at each site, with all stations approved for charging.•Assisted in designing power substations, including developing floor plans, layout specifications, and feeder layouts.
