Performing day-to-day support and activity tracking of the ServiceNow platform as per banking business needs.User Management : Manage user accounts, roles, and access control (ACLs) to ensure secure and efficient use of the platform. Provide user support and training as needed.Platform Configuration: Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to align with the organization requirements, including in creating and modifying forms,fields, lists and UI components.Reporting and Analytics : Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide insights into IT service performance and help in managing the required data in the platform.Incident, Problem and Change Management : Administer incident, sprints and problem management processes within ServiceNow, including managing incident queues, categorizing and prioritizing incidents, and facilitating timely resolution.Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and UI policy, Assignment rules to streamline IT and business processes.Experience in working with Update sets, and to customized updates from one instance to another.CMDB Management : Configure and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring the organization's IT assets and their relationships as per business needs.Service Catalog Management : Maintain and improve the service catalog,record producers including catalog items, variables. Collaborate with customers to expand and enhance service offerings.Experience in Import sets and Transform Maps.Testing and validations done on various configuration changes and updates in UAT, Dev. instance per requirement from development teams.Experience on configuring SLA’s, Schedule Jobs, and Service portal configuration.Knowledge on basic Java scripting in ServiceNow.Knowledge on Client Scripts, Script Includes, Background Scripts.
