My job role was to provide support to US Small and medium business customers through Inbound chat,help sellers by placing their internet and phone lines order on behalf of them on various tools like MSoffice, CRM tools, and DoS tools. And to provide assistance with, pre-sales queries, payments, and billingqueries. Work upon SLAs & KPI matrix to reach individual goals & better team performance.

I have to take the chats and compensate the customer based on their issues regarding food they have received from restaurants.
