Responsible for New Product Development,Quality Technical Documentation.? PPAP.? APQP,PFMEA, Quality control Analysis, Layout Inspection reports.? Overall responsibility of Customer audit.? To submit action plan against the NC in customer audit.? Involve in new product development till SOP.? Overall responsibility of Customer complaints and submits 8D report.? To maintain quality documents as per maruti guide line.? Raise action plan against the in-house rejection and customer rejection.? To do technical review with team for new product.? To prepare documents of new part and submit to customer.? To review the in process activity on monthly basis.? To involve in new product trail at customer end.? Involve in supplier audit along with SD team.? Responsible for supplier rejection and take action against the rejection.? Weekly review with Top mgt and Quality head.? To involve in process and product audit and take action plan against NC in audit.? To involve in Tool and gauge development for new product.? To submit action plan in case of Quality low rating.
