• Responsible for the operational execution of HR activities and provide operational support on all aspects of HR Operations starting from recruitment to retirement of an employee life cycle.
• Implement HR engagement and People Experience related activities as planned by the HR Lead and ensure smooth relationship management between HR and other divisions/departments for enhancing operational efficiency.
• Facilitate Learning and Development activities in alignment with Talent & Development team.
• Ensuring the right documentation and digital process of Transfer, Confirmation, and Contract renewal processes collaborating with the team members for the Business unit.
• Coordinate with the Admin team for smooth end-to-end office services and related facilities with and Assist HR Lead Manager and Admin Lead Manager.
• Coordinate with other divisions for smooth conduct of the core HR activities implementation like Performance Management, Succession Management, and Talent Management in collaboration with Lead HR.

• Coordinate employee recruitment & selection process at all levels.
• Responsible for developing and updating ERP/HR Module.
• Maintain employees’ personal files and monitor timely updates of personnel records.
• Working with payroll and compensation/benefits team.
• Process employee`s increment and promotion work independently.
• To initiate and execute an appraisal process to ensure the performance of all workers and staff are fairly evaluated.
