Human Resources Officer
Current- Responsible for the operational execution of HR activities and provide operational support on all aspects of HR Operations starting from recruitment to retirement of an employee life cycle.
- Implement HR engagement and People Experience related activities as planned by the HR Lead and ensure smooth relationship management between HR and other divisions/departments for enhancing operational efficiency.
- Facilitate Learning and Development activities in alignment with Talent & Development team.
- Ensuring the right documentation and digital process of Transfer, Confirmation, and Contract renewal processes collaborating with the team members for the Business unit.
- Coordinate with the Admin team for smooth end-to-end office services and related facilities with and Assist HR Lead Manager and Admin Lead Manager.
- Coordinate with other divisions for smooth conduct of the core HR activities implementation like Performance Management, Succession Management, and Talent Management in collaboration with Lead HR.
