* Infrastructure and service setup for the development team including setting up Jira/Confluence, git server, mail, LDAP etc.* Development/maintenance of functionalities (chat, pay, store) that outside the game engine of the client.* Development/mainenance of the C++ main svr  and php auth svr (login, pay etc).* Responsible for the design/implementation of the new version of server and the communication protocol with the game client.* Management of the entire development team.

* Developed a music player widget for a tablet turnkey solution based on Froyo and Freescale iMX 51 Soc.* Participated analysis and performance optimization for several Android e-book readers.* Participated memory optimization/leak fix and performance improvement.* Participated an augmented reality (AR) application that works with the camera preview to add and move small tourist point/event in a real live environment.

* Core member of the Qualcomm BrewMP® RnD (Amber) and QRD (Jade) projects.* Participated the refactor of the whole UI framework of the Jade project.* Designed and developed Qualcomm Coding standard test tool (QCT).* Developed many of UI Widgets which were used as basic components for various applications.* Ported new UI Widgets to several applications e.g. Contact and Email etc.* The C, Lua were used during these projects.

* Core developer of a turnkey solution RnD project based on QSC60X5 chipset and AMSS software platform.* Led a team to develop the Product Support Tools (PST) including Log Captor (includes debug log and air log), Air log analyzer (Analysis logs of various channels), NV Editor etc.* Be responsible for the software design code design/writing and document written and review.* The C++ with MFC was used in this project.

* Be responsible for implementation of the change request in the OEM layer of the Qualcomm BREW® 4.x platform.* Designed and developed several applications to assist development and release process such as SccKiller, FileDifferentiator, Release note (RN) analyzer etc.* Wrote a debug tool base on Qucalcomm QSC60X5 chipset.
