My main goal was to contribute to company growth by taking correct actions in demand planning management. I managed the surgical portfolio, which has significantly contributed to the company's profits and has been a critical area for growth. I have overseen the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes for our operations in Turkey. I was responsible for overseeing all operations in Turkey, including managing demand and supply, inventory, and product availability.Demand Management (Forecasting)• I organized all supply and demand materials and meetings to prepare and present monthly S&OP and executive S&OP meetings with commercial teams and top management.• Analyzing historical trends, introducing new products, and evaluating demand versus sales gaps to generate the most precise S&OP forecasts for the business unit.• Optimizing forecast accuracy at the aggregate level to enhance customer service and facilitate seamless production scheduling at the sites.• Coordinating with the commercial team to plan new product launches and updating sales forecasts accordingly.Supply Management• I developed a monthly replenishment plan by considering sales forecasts, current inventory, open replenishment orders, and target inventory parameters to meet corporate inventory level guidelines.• Managing inventory involves proactively identifying slow-moving and obsolete items to enable timely mitigation plans and corrective actions.Project Management• I was the country leader for the IBP project.• Leading the development of distributor forecast accuracy.

Procurement Activities: • Creating and optimizing production planning forecasts for suppliers.• Optimizing the appropriate stock levels for mass production.• Managing replenishment orders in accordance with the production schedule. • Following up on deliveries from domestic and international suppliers. • Actively participating in and presenting supplier delivery performance during supplier selection meetings.Supplier Management: • Actively visiting suppliers’ production facilities to enhance delivery conditions.• Meeting with suppliers to discuss new product schedules, as well as supply and delivery conditions. • Taking urgent action in the event of a missed or incorrect delivery by the supplier. • Yearly assessment and monthly evaluation of supplier delivery performance. Project Management: • Leading UK-MR project: This project involves multiple suppliers and products to facilitate vessel organization from ports in the UK to TR port. I handled all logistical steps, from organizing local transport to coordinating vessel arrangements, to ensure the timely delivery of the correct products.
