Windows Passwordless Authentication in the Windows Security organization, primarily focused on implementations of WebAuthn and passkey technologies on Windows.

Member of the AWS Shield organization, focused on developing and maintaining AWS's layer 3/4 DDoS protection services. These services were used to protect AWS POP locations, AWS backbone infrastructure, and AWS customers from DDoS attacks.

Develop code primarily for the Arbor TMS platform, a series of high performance networking appliances used to mitigate ISP level DDoS attacks.Work includes countermeasure implementation and debugging, high performance hardware platform integration, and performance improvement investigations.Other responsibilities include build system work, bug triage, QA work, feature design, and documentation writing.Interact with third party hardware vendors to integrate the TMS product onto new hardware platforms.Mentor interns, and taught introductory networking classes for interns with little to no networking experience.

• Assist in the instruction of EECS 370: Introduction to Computer Organization.• Manage the homework grading process of a class of ~400 students including writing rubrics, managing a team of 10 graders, and handling regrade requests.• Write, revise, and grade exam problems. • Manage the regrade request system for exams.• Teach a weekly discussion section of ~20 students. Cover topics that may not have been clear from lecture and go over questions students may have about course content.• Tutor students during weekly office hours.• Cover abridged versions of course content during review sessions.

• Develop new features and fix bugs in large, interconnected C and Python codebases used in ISP level network monitoring and DDOS protection equipment.

• Grade homeworks and provide feedback to students about issues in their solutions for EECS 370: Introduction to Computer Organization.

• Lead a team of students to update an out-of-date Wiki-site used for documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and training information. The site will be used extensively by future student technicians.• Lead a team of students to create an inventory of the 1000+ access control devices in Housing, while performing preventive maintenance on them, which has already proven to be a great help when locating and troubleshooting access control equipment.• Create a hardware layout for the access control system in a renovated residence hall of 1100+ students. Be a technical point of contact for the electricians performing the installation of said hardware.• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of issues related to hardware and software, including access control, point-of-sale, AV equipment, security DVRs, and networking.• Provide technical support in person, over the phone, through remote desktop, and through email.• Keep track of the status of issues and requests to the department using a ticketing system.

• Debug and help develop features for an Android application called Shout and it's server backend which simulates an ad-hoc wireless based distributed messaging system.• Create an automated Linux testing environment for developers using Vagrant, Virtualbox, Puppet, BASH, and Python.
