Current• Payroll• Schedule according to job priorities.• Provide labor updates on workload; communicating to the team when things are busy/slow to maintain adequate workforce.• Set-up work orders, track through completion, review, clean-up and add notes prior to billing.• Administer contract booking process; assigning and maintaining contract numbers and booking log.• Follow up with clients to make sure needs were met.• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.• Purchase parts and material needed to fulfill work orders.• Track purchase orders.• Assist technicians with job cost expense processing.• Verify and submit payroll hours for technicians.• Answer phone calls for service division, tracking list of calls, including customer information and work orders (service requests).
