CurrentManaging transfers and payments, and authentication areas in a digital banking product:• Analyzing customer and user needs (B2B2C product).• Leading feature refinement activities with the development teams and promoting customer/user empathy.• Preparing features for the prioritization with stakeholders.• Designing and executing the product roadmap.• Managing the product backlog.• Leading the development team to set measurable PI objectives aligned with the product vision and deliver value.• Driving the team to deliver a scalable high-quality product within the timeline.• Analyzing user data to make informed product decisions.• Writing product specification, design documentation, acceptance criteria and BDD scenarios.• Making product/feature demos.• Providing training and guidance to the customer support team.• Collaborating with account management and implementation teams to collect customer feedback, and incorporating it into subsequent development cycles.• Guidance and peer reviews to fellow product team members.In my tenure, as a Product Owner, I have led three scrum teams, including my current team, which was the first in the company to successfully complete the New UI project MVP.
