Prepare group's financial statements, annual budgets, forecasts, tax and FDD information with supporting analysis and commentary.Collaborate with CSG processing centre to ensure timely, complete and accurate accounting and reporting of group's financial results in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.Liaise with group's management team to develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, analysis of variances and supporting analysis and support.File GST/HST returns.

• A/P, A/R, Payroll, Tax Return, HST Filling, WSIB, Source Deductions

• Organization, control and management of Accounts and Finance department., tax strategy, tax audit, budget & financial plans, internal control, reporting procedures and processes development & improvement, Corporate strategy. Liaison with tax authorities, shareholders.

Costing, Budgeting, reporting, assisting in financial policies and procedures development, Annual Cost Audit, reconciliation of production, Valuation of month end stock in trade i.e. finished goods and work in process., secretarial matters, conducting Board/ General meetings, preparation of minutes, and filing of forms with SECP. liaison between Company and its shareholders and external financial analyst., industry’s trend analysis, team’s professional training, counseling.
